The Inner West Neighbour Aid Team is multi-skilled and dedicated to providing the most meaningful service we can to support the community to live independently for longer.

Allison Yee-Brogan


Allison shares with Inner West Neighbour Aid her diverse senior management experience in the disability, aged care and youth at risk sectors.  With qualifications in Economics, Chartered Accounting and management consulting, she has a strong background in organisational planning and business development. Amongst Allison's passions are food, martial arts and healthy living. Family and a sense of community are very important to her.

Roman Deguchi


Roman has been working in the horticulture industry for over 13 years and has completed certificates in Horticulture and Land Conservation. He began working with Inner West Neighbour Aid as a contractor with the Lawn Mowing Subsidy project before joining the team full time as a Garden Aid Team Leader in June 2010. He pioneered the Neighbour Aid Pets program in New South Wales before becoming Home Maintenance Coordinator in March 2014. 

Jackie Walters


Jackie began working at Inner West Neighbour Aid in December 2010. She has worked in community services for over 20 years in varying roles including managing a Meals on Wheels service and managing retirement housing for the veteran community. Jackie hopes one day to retire to the beach.

Rochelle Self


Rochelle brings with her a strong background in project management, marketing and administration as well as more recent studies in Social Science and counselling. She has a genuine compassion for community services and an enormous depth of volunteer experience through Lifeline as a telephone crisis support operator, volunteering at festivals and an animal care role with Monique’s Dog Rescue.

Indah Kusumawati


Indah began working at Inner West Neighbour Aid in November 2011. She is qualified in Economics. Before joining IWNA, Indah worked as an accountant for another non-profit organisation in Indonesia funded by the Australian Federal Police. She loves cooking for her family and meeting friends in her free time.

Lara Allen


Lara came from a sales and hospitality background. She began as a volunteer with Inner West Neighbour Aid in April 2010 and accepted the Social Support Worker position in November 2010. Lara is aiming to begin studies in Social and Community Work next year. 

Emma-Lee Elliott


Emma-Lee has worked in hospitality alongside disability support for over 10 years. She has also worked as a live-in carer in Glasgow in Spinal Care for 2 years. She has recently moved to Sydney from Darwin. And in her spare time she enjoys exercise and traveling to new places.

Stuart Blundell


Stuart has recently joined the Inner West Neighbour Aid team. He has over 10 years experience working with Aged and Disability in government service delivery. He is passionate about horticulture and enjoys helping others enjoy and be proud of their own gardens. He is currently studying horticulture and enjoys cooking the food he grows in his home garden.

Natalie Ciccio


Natalie has joined Inner West Neighbour Aid to bring together her background in social work with her love of gardening. She worked in community mental health for just over seven years and completed a Certificate III in Horticulture as an extension of her passion for gardening and plants. She also recently took part in a therapeutic horticulture course. Natalie loves nature and going for walks in her area, admiring all the gardens as she goes, hoping that one day she will have a garden of her own to go wild in.
