Accessing our programs is easy. All new clients are assessed for eligibility. We are happy to help you.

Our programs are available to those who access entry level support through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)*.

New clients are referred to us by My Aged Care. You can:

2. Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 between 8am and 8pm on weekdays and between 10am and 2pm on Saturdays and ask to be referred to Inner West Neighbour Aid
